How does the luggage valet work?+
After you land, our valet meets you in arrivals at , takes your bags, and keeps them safe. We deliver them to your hotel or Airbnb in time for check-in, so you are free to explore in between.
Where do we meet at the airport?+
In the arrivals hall, after baggage claim. You will get the exact meeting point and your valet's name and photo by message before you land.
How long can you hold my bags?+
For the whole day, until your check-in. Most travellers hand off in the morning and get their bags delivered in the afternoon.
What if my check-in time changes?+
Just message us and we will adjust the delivery time. Delivery is flexible right up to the day itself.
Is my luggage secure?+
Yes. Bags are handed over in person and held securely from pickup to delivery. There is no unattended drop-off.
